National Informatics Centre is a premier IT organization under Ministry of Communication & Information Technology, Government of India. It provides Videoconferencing facilities and technical support to the Ministry & Department of the Government of India as well as State Governments. Online request for Video Conferencing session  & Intra-Vidcon facility is available to the users of NIC network domain only.  The user must check NICNET user domain list and availability of Video Conferencing studio before submitting the request for VC session.

                                   Charges for using this Video Conferencing facility is `3000/-  per hour (including both sites) for point to point meeting (exclusive of @ 12.36% Government duties / service tax & as per actual). Additional charge will be levied on  per hour basis for every additional site in a multi-point conference (inclusive of @12.36% Government duties / service tax & as per actual). Minimum time for usage of studio will be one hour. Payment has to be made in advance by Demand Draft in the name of "National Informatics Centre Services Incorporated" , payable at New Delhi.
