For larger organizations with H323 / SIP devices can join Bharat VC video�conferences�securely�by calling conference ID @IP Address�with secure password. You can share contents from the H323/SIP devices as well.

With the Active and Passive Waiting Room feature enabled in a conference, participants that attempt to join your conference will be funneled into a waiting room. The host can then admit participants (active and passive one by one) once they are ready, or once they have screened the participants.

Conferences can be recorded to your account from any version of the client(Search engine or app). Recordings can be streamed directly or downloaded to a local device. To share these files with others, you can download the file from your account and then upload files to a file storage service such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or any alternative. The host has the ability to record conferences and can restrict or extend these permissions to participants of the conference. Once the conference is recorded it can be used to create a transcript of the conference and it can be downloaded into different formats such as .txt, .srt, etc.

Bharat VC Business's video-conferencing app can stream high-quality HD video and audio, giving participants great picture quality. If you are struggling to get a stable connection, you can lower the picture quality, but most high-speed internet connections will be able to stream high-quality video.

Passive participants can view Moderators and active participants but won't be able to show video and audio. Exclusive Passive Chat window will be available to communicate with others. Moderators can promote a passive user to an active user.

Bharat VC conference details can be automatically recorded to your account as conference history. This feature will list all details of the past conferences in which you have participated for 18hr's from expiry time. On clicking on a conference we will get details of that conference like participant nature and their count, Chat occurred while conference, etc. It is also possible to export conference detail as csv file and chat history as text file, of corresponding conference from cloud by clicking on Export button in both detail and chat tab of history.

The host can start broadcasting the conference to YouTube or Facebook or any other streaming server by providing the server information and streaming key.
